Most of the information accessible on the AZ Sportsplex website does not require you to identify yourself at all. You may access it anonymously. However, AZ Sportsplex does collect personal information about you when you choose to provide it. We endeavour to collect only as much personal information as is absolutely necessary to assist you in conducting business with AZ Sportsplex via the website.
Collected Information
The personal information collected, including your phone number or email, will be used to process rental and membership services. The information will not be shared with any third parties for marketing purposes.
In order to facilitate online purchases from AZ Sportsplex, you must create an AZ Sportsplex account. We may request that you voluntarily supply us with personal information, including your email address, for purposes such as correspondence. If you choose to give us personal information via the internet that we or our business partners may need to correspond with you, that information will not be used for any purposes other than communicating with you.
AZ Sportsplex takes every precaution to protect your personal information on the internet. We protect your account information by requiring you to enter a unique Login ID and password each time you want to access your account information. Your password should never be shared with anyone.

Photo Release
There may be filming, photography and/or recordings at events at AZ Sportsplex. By entering and by your presence during the event, you consent to be photographed, filmed, and/or otherwise recorded. Please contact on-site staff if you do not wish to be photographed or recorded.
Jurisdiction
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, as it is applied to agreements entered into and performed within that Province. Any action brought to enforce this agreement or matters related to the site shall be brought in by the Province or Federal Government of Canada.
If any provision of this agreement is deemed void, unlawful or otherwise unenforceable for any reason, that provision shall be severed from this agreement and the remaining provisions of this agreement shall remain in force. This contains the entire agreement between you and AZ Sportsplex concerning your use of the site, and the agreement shall not be modified except in writing, signed by both parties.
